Hi Jay, potatoes are heavy feeders so as the plant comes up you mound compost around them to feed them. You keep doing this til they start flowering.

We live in a small main street town of 4000 and I have two electric bikes. The twin 14yo granddaughters love the things…I hope I can get them back occasionally to ride myself. Ride on!

My mom an dad use to have raspberries, blackberrys, Strawberries,rhubarb, tomatoes and patatos just to say a few different vegetables and fruits grow every yr in the compost pile
